Who is Tradeflow built for?
Tradeflow is designed for trade businesses that manage a journey from enquiry through visits, quotations and sales to completed work. That includes roofers, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, builders and similar businesses.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Tradeflow is a hosted CRM. There is nothing to download, install or configure on your own web server. You access your workspace online.
Can my sales reps have their own access?
Yes. Sales representatives can have individual logins and work with their assigned leads, quotes and related calendar entries. Administrators retain the wider company view.
What can customers see?
Customers see only information linked to their account, including available projects, published quotes, appointments and updates you choose to share. Internal notes and draft quotes remain private.
How does the 14-day trial work?
